  • I connected with Vartika ma'am in 2021... I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder but just medication was not helping me...Vartika ma'am made me comfortable in the first session itself. She understood what I was going through and for the very first time I felt "heard"... It's been almost 2 years I am into therapy and the healing journey has been wonderful. From listening to my issues to helping me sort out my thought patterns she handles everything so well. I am grateful to her for being a part of my healing journey and teaching me what self love is and why is it important to love yourself deeply. She is the perfect therapist and I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with any mental health issues.
